Roy specializes in delivering impactful single and multi-day programs in the areas of Interactive Team-Building, Work/Life Balance, Presentation Skills, and Leadership Training. His presentations powerfully impact critical areas such as team dynamics, task management, member’s roles, leadership styles, communication, and clear goal-setting to increase team efficiency in the workplace. Roy has over 20 years of Theatrical Improvisational experience and has performed hundreds of troupe and one-man shows. He conducts managerial training using this powerful technique for communication skills and personal growth development training.
Joe brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of Corporate Team Development, and Adventure Education. His varied career and life experiences include roles as an Outward Bound Instructor, Challenge Course Manager, Corporate Trainer, adjunct faculty member in the Education Department at CCSU, Colorado River Raft and Fishing Guide, World Cup Ski Championship Mountain Host, Track and Field Coach at the 2002 North American Indigenous Games and challenge course facilitator.
A seasoned Outdoor Adventure Programming Leader Joe is a professional member of the Association for Experiential Education and the Connecticut Challenge Course Professionals. He holds a degree in Adventure Based Counseling from UCONN and has completed numerous trainings and workshops from Project Adventure, High Five Adventure, SOLO Wilderness Medicine and much more. His innovative experiential techniques and positive, comfortable demeanor have been identified by many as a major strength of his facilitation skills.
Lisa Enochs has been conducting corporate entertainment and team building for over 20 years. She is a Certified Trainer in DISC and Emotional Intelligence, and enjoys creating a safe atmosphere for groups to learn new, more effective ways to communicate with one another and learn about themselves. A magna cum laude graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Lisa has designed and lead programs throughout the U.S., Canada and Hawaii, and she especially enjoys delivering programs that give back to the community such as our Bike Build and Wheelchair programs.
Born and raised in Needham, Massachusetts, Russ has spent many years in the Boston music/arts scene, as an actor, a stand-up comedian, and FM radio DJ and as general manager of one of the largest record stores in New England. In 2006, Russ connected with Roy Charette and joined his team of facilitators. Since that time, Russ has worked alongside Roy and his staff at TrainingPath to help create and deliver programs across the country. His years in sales and management, in motivating staff, and achieving performance goals as well as his humor, and comfort in speaking in front of groups of all sizes, is what makes Russ one of our leading facilitators.
In 1996, after graduating from the Outdoor Leadership Program at Greenfield Community College, Peter turned his passion for the outdoors into a career facilitating team building experiences and guiding adventure trips. In 2002, he shifted his focus to professional development experiences for colleges, corporations and non-profits, while helping guide them through indoor and outdoor team building activities. Peter excels at delivering olympic style sports competitions, as well as team based catapult and bridge building exercises that all emphasize teamwork, communication and critical planning. Peter is also extremely passionate about delivering all types of charity based programs including bike builds for children and wheelchair builds for disabled vets and those with mobility issues. In Peter’s free time he enjoy the woods, rivers, lakes and mountains of New England with his wife Stephanie and their four boys.
During the last eleven years Steve has had the opportunity to work with the CEOs, vice presidents and staff of a number of Fortune 500 companies. These programs have spanned the spectrum from large interactive team building activities to problem solving initiatives and computer business simulations. Steve has run corporate training programs in 25 different states, and in Europe and the Middle East. Steve graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, ME with a double major in Physics and Philosophy. Since then he has received training in, Adventure Program Management, Adventure Programming for Corporate Clients, the MBTI Assessment and Belbin Team Roles Profile. Steve leads innovative and interactive workshops that guide organizations through such topics as Effective Influence, Situational Leadership, How to Give Feedback and Coaching, and Conflict Management.
